Hi, I'm Pradeep.

I led design at Intuit, founded Chiblu, and have shipped products across fintech and e-commerce for 15 years. I've run private cohorts for architecture studios, coached corporate design leaders and product managers, and taught 400+ students as visiting faculty at NID, VIT, Chitkara and Mahindra. For private programs, I'm in your room - one mentor, your whole team.

Do our people need any coding background?
No. AI writes the code - they learn to plan, direct and verify it. Past rooms have included whole studios of architects and pure design batches, none of whom had written a line before.
On-site or online?
Either. On-site works best for the 2-day team sprint and campus days (Bengaluru or your city); online works as half-days. We decide on the discovery call.
How big can the group be?
Team sprints work best at 3-10 builders. On campus, the Chitkara model handled 24 students in 6 teams with one mentor - larger batches work in teams or across multiple days.
What does it cost?
It depends on group size, format and location - which is why it's a conversation, not a price list. You'll have a clear quote within 24 hours of the call.
What do we need to arrange?
A room, wifi, and laptops. Tool accounts (Claude from ~$20/month, GitHub, Vercel) are set up as pre-work with a checklist I send - free tiers cover most needs.
What do we walk away with?
Working tools on live URLs, a per-builder plan and project-memory setup, and people who can keep building without me. No certificates - we believe in building. (If your institution requires them, we can co-issue alongside.)
